What happens after successfully submitting your online claim?

After your online claim is submitted, we will review your information be in touch shortly.

If all information provided is correct, and forms uploaded in an acceptable format, you will receive the payout within the next 48 business hours. If there is an issue with any of the info provided, we will contact you telephonically.

The payout will be made into the bank account of the bank statement submitted on the claim form.

We will notify you by SMS when your claim has been approved.
